Take a pause from the noise of everyday life and experience deep rest, relaxation and energetic balance at Gong Space Holistics.

Our weekly sound baths combine the powerful vibrations of gongs, crystal bowls and other healing instruments to calm the mind, relax the body and restore inner peace.

Sessions:
🕯 Sunday Evenings – 6:30pm–7:30pm
🌙 Tuesday Evenings – 6:30pm–7:30pm
☀️ Alternating Friday Lunchtimes – 1:00pm–2:00pm

✨ J’s Reiki Journey – From Fatigue to Flow ✨

Before joining our Reiki Level 1 Training, J was feeling physically exhausted, emotionally burnt out, and unsure how to move forward, she’d tried everything but nothing seemed to truly help.

Through her Reiki training at Gong Space Holistics, J discovered a space to slow down, reconnect, and begin her healing journey from within.

What started as a course quickly became a turning point, bringing clarity, calm, and a renewed sense of self. She found peace in the present moment and realised she didn’t need to get anywhere, she was already exactly where she needed to be.
