I'm a runner, why do I need to do Strength training?
Manchester Marathon and London Marathon will soon be hitting our screens and I ask my patients that are going through the training process, how is your strength training going?
Some look at me lost and some are completing it twice a week.
Now I know some people will think surely I just need to keep running but imagine what that is doing to your joints for the hours and hours you are spending pounding the pavement.
