Clear Mind Derby has been created to support adults in Derby who are experiencing:
Low to medium Mental Health needs
Community Isolation & Loneliness
Poor / Unsafe living conditions

Our mission is to connect, collaborate and raise community spirit

Our experience support workers are on hand to provide information, advice & guidance along with practical support, this includes:
Befriending
Support to arrange & attend appointments
Life Admin
Home Management
Light food shopping
Connection with and referral to other support agencies
Community events
A cuppa and a listening ear
Exploring meaning & purpose
Support to feel included & engaged
