Congratulations to Jen and Chris on the birth of beautiful Elsie, who arrived 5th November (just in time for the fireworks!!) Welcome to the world little one…!

It was so nice to have Jen in our pregnancy yoga classes, my first student in classes since I set them up again here in Derby after moving home, 120 miles north.

So very pleased for you all! A pleasure to be a teeny part of the experience xx

Always lovely to receive great feedback.

This was sent by a gentleman who was a reflexology ‘case study’ for me during my diploma training.

He was playing football weekly, and I had asked him to let me know if he felt the reflexology improved his performance on the pitch. Clearly it did!
