                                        During the Capricorn Full Moon, you may begin to feel a wide range of emotional, physical, and spiritual changes that can catch you by surprise. Although Capricorn is usually a grounded and steady energy, this Full Moon holds a deep intensity that brings forward everything that has been sitting quietly beneath the surface. 
You may feel waves of emotion rising without clear reason, perhaps triggered by a memory, a conversation, or simply a quiet moment alone. Feelings that you thought were already settled may return for one final release, giving you the chance to let go more fully and create space for healing.
Your thoughts may feel scattered at times, as if your mind is sorting through old memories and unresolved feelings. It might feel difficult to focus, and you could find yourself drifting in and out of reflection without realizing it. This forgiveness is often for your own peace, and it happens as a calm, inner decision to no longer carry what feels too heavy to hold.
