Client Case Study 💪🎯

My client came to me suffering with shoulder aches and pain that was radiating down his right arm, along with numbness in his right fingers. Being an electrician and a semi-professional darts player, his job and sport both place a lot of repetitive strain on his wrist, elbow and shoulder — which had recently started giving way

During the session I focused on releasing tension through the shoulders, lats and traps using deep tissue massage. I then worked through the right arm with deep tissue techniques and cupping therapy, including cupping on the inner forearm using a pin-and-stretch technique

We finished with some targeted stretches for him to continue at home. He’s already feeling the benefits after the session, and hopefully this will help improve both his day-to-day work and his performance on the darts board 🎯
