Another beautiful Restorative yoga and Holistic workshop ✨ This month was Restorative yoga 🧘‍♀️ Sound healing 💫 A positive affirmations guided meditation ✨ and a sweet treat 🍪 If you would like to spend a Sunday once a month 2pm - 4pm relaxing, holding yoga poses for longer lengths of time in comfort, connecting to your breath and combining this with Holistic healing message me for the date for the next one 🥰🤗
