A healthy spicy pumpkin soup recipe πŸ˜‹
1 pumpkin, about 1.5-2kg (save the seeds – toast them in a dry pan to serve)
1tbsp garam masala
2tsp ground coriander
2tsp ground cumin
Β½-1tsp chilli flakes or powder, plus a pinch
3tbsp olive oil
1 onion, finely chopped
ginger, peeled and finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
900ml veg stock
100ml double cream or crème fraiche, plus extra to serve

Chia seeds, pumkin seeds and sun flower seeds - good source of good fats( omega 3) fibre, protein and energy.

My name is Hayley, I'm a fianceΓ© and mum of 3. I have over 12 years experience in the beauty and holistics industry and I have built up my own beauty business and have helped many people feel their best selves. Ive always had a love and interest for my own healthy living but In September 2023 I sadly and unexpectedly lost my dad and this changed my outlook on life dramatically forever, I slowly changed all of my life habits, I started studying health and nutrition and read many natural health books, with the information I have learnt this heightend into a burning passion that my main focus and mission in life is to help and support as many people as I can to live their happiest healthiest life. I am the person who makes things easier and better, I’m a good listener and I love imparting my knowledge to people who want to learn and change their lives for the better.
