My journey so far:
Hi , I’m Jess.
I started at Project Nutrition in September 2025.
I decided to show up for myself.
Not loudly. Not perfectly.
Just consistently — in the middle of real life.
I’m a parent to two SEND children, navigating appointments, emotions, school stress and constant mental load.
I’ve been managing my mental health, learning how much it’s been affected over the years.
And on top of that… perimenopause, which honestly explains a LOT.
So this hasn’t been a “diet” or a quick fix.
It’s been about survival, strength, and choosing myself even when I felt exhausted.
My results so far:
• 19kg / 41lbs down
• 7.4% body fat reduced
• Hydration levels up
• Muscle mass maintained
• Visceral fat reduced by 3.5L
• 47.5cm lost overall
• My clothes are loose and my shape has changed.
• Energy is back
• And most importantly… I feel amazing!
This journey has been about more than weight loss.
It’s been about rebuilding trust with my body during a stage of life that can feel like it’s working against you.
If you’re in the thick of it — parenting, mental health struggles, hormones all over the place — please know this:
progress is possible, even when life is loud.
