Our Derby branch manager Louise has been busy this morning preparing the office for the festive season.

Come pop down to the branch and enjoy a hot chocolate from our hot chocolate station which includes whipped cream and marshmallows 🎄

Our first listening lunch of the month!

What a great turn out we had!

This is a great way for our staff to interact and meet their colleagues. Raise any concerns, issues or for us to answer any questions or simply just a friendly chat with us and everyone else.

📄 Topic of the month: 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐜𝐭!

During the month of May, we will been focusing on MCA. We are sending out daily communication to the care team to help broaden their knowledge on such an important topic! 🤗

A workshop will be put in place at the end of this month so our care team can get together to discuss what they have learnt.
