This week, let’s look at what you’re feeding with your attention.
Every day, your energy flows somewhere — into thoughts, people, tasks, worries, or hopes.
And whatever you focus on most… grows.
When life feels heavy, it’s easy to get stuck replaying what’s wrong or unfinished. But the magic starts when you shift your focus — even slightly — toward what lifts you, nourishes you, or gives you meaning.
So this week, ask yourself:
👉 What do I want to grow more of in my life?
It might be calm. Confidence. Joy. Connection.
Whatever your answer, give that some attention — a thought, a conversation, a few minutes of care each day.
Because where your attention goes, your energy flows — and your life begins to follow.
