Iโ€™ve recently been approached with an exciting opportunity, and Iโ€™d love to get a better understanding of whether there would be interest within the community ๐Ÿ’›

Weโ€™re exploring the possibility of creating a welcoming movement-based class at Alvaston Park - a space to move, connect, and support wellbeing in a way that feels accessible and enjoyable for all.

Sessions could include yoga, dance, Pilates-inspired movement, relaxation, and mindful movement practices.

The hope would be to hold sessions outdoors when the weather allows, with an indoor space available if it rains or turns cold.

Weโ€™re also trying to understand whether daytime or evening sessions would suit people best.

Before moving forward, Iโ€™d really love to hear from you:

โœจProud to be recognised as a Mental Health Friendly Club with .

As I participated in the training and in line with Mental Health Awareness Week (11th to 18th May), Iโ€™ve been reflecting on why the work as a founder to Lunร  Movements and as a Life Coach matters so deeply to me.

Much of my life has been shaped by supporting others through mental health challenges, alongside carrying my own. These experiences have given me a deeper understanding of how complex and nuanced this space can be, and the impact that it has on your physical health as well as emotional.

Several years ago, I lost a close friend to su***de. That experience changed how I see mental health, connection, and the importance of truly checking in with one another. I share this experience and the trauma I carried on my personal page Sinรฉad Robertson

Itโ€™s these experiences that contributed the founding of Lunร  Movements - a community of holistic wellbeing; why Iโ€™m committed to creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
