Menopause is so often reduced to “just hot flushes”… but the reality is so much bigger than that.

There are 70+ symptoms that can come with perimenopause and menopause, and many women don’t realise what they’re experiencing could be hormone-related.

Things like:

• Brain fog
• Anxiety
• Poor sleep
• Mood changes
• Fatigue
• Low confidence
