✨2026 monthly offerings ✨

♾️The women’s circles run 3-5pm from my home with limited spaces for up to 6, an intimite and held space to share, reconnect and relax and continue to build a meaningful community where we feel seen and heard. They will differ each month but always centre around supporting your nervous system, to feel grounded, rested and to pause and reflect on the previous month and set intentions for the coming month.

🏵️The cacao ceremonies will align with the seasons and sync with the rhythms of nature, combining the beautiful plant medicine cacao, the seed of love, held in the traditional Mexican way weaving in conscious connected Breathwork, medicine song and creative expression.

Welcome 2026 with a return to self 🙏🏻
New year isn’t about a ‘new you’ but about meeting yourself exactly where you.
🪾January is still all about rest and slowing down, as we continue to be in the depths of winter for many it isn’t the time to bounce back with resolutions, hitting it hard and setting goals but a time to recuperate and really reflect, gently and tenderly nourishing yourself.
🌹February again continues to present us with the same slower pace but also is the month to ask yourself, how can I love myself more? A time to romanticise your life, to think about what truly makes you feel alive and happy and to set in motion everyday rituals and weekly or monthly practices to enhance your relationship to yourself.
✨This special package will available throughout the rest of winter with the above in mind. 90 mins to really relax, feel held, to reflect and to support you to feel realigned and rebalanced as we move towards lighter months and the arrival of spring.

Join me the last Sunday in Dec to ceremonially close the year with an intimate candlelit circle to deeply rest and reflect on the year, escape the business of the festive season and honour Solstice.

This will be much like my previous hygge workshops and offer winter wellness and a big warm hug for mind, body and soul, get snuggly, nest down and embrace the coziness and comfortably of winter 🙏🏻

I feel really passionately that women need time and a safe and held space to reconnect to themselves, to rest and feel nurtured and to connect with other women where they feel they are seen and heard.
🙏🏻
So from Jan 25 I will be holding and hosting intimate women’s circles from my home the last Sunday of each month.

This will provide women the time to be present, to pause and reflect on the previous month, to set intentions and be intuitively guided for the month ahead and to just breathe, be, relax and share.

We will be working with the seasons and lunar cycle and each month I will weave different practices together to work around a theme.
🌀
Using embodied practices, breathwork, creative expression, soul guidance and journalling and always finishing with a deeply restorative nidra and healing sound immersion to support you to fill your cup up and to remember who you are, why you are here and the infinite wisdom you hold.

Join me this Autumn by candlight for an intimate cacao circle to honour the roots and rituals of Hallow’s eve and harness its potent energy, when the veil between those living and passed over is at its thinnest 🖤

Through creating spell jars, connecting to the plant medicine cacao, ritual and intent, the medicine drum and moving through a shamanic conscious connected breathwork journey we will weave and conjure up our magic together and connect to parts of ourselves or others we may have lost touch with 🙏🏻
