This past weekend we welcomed guests to the beautiful cattleshed in Derbyshire for our therapeutic retreat weekend, and what a weekend it was. We had yoga, nourishing food, space and time to relax and group therapy sessions throughout using creative and EMDR approaches.

A heartfelt thank you to our wonderful team who made the weekend so special - therapists Heather and Susan, our amazing chef Hayley, and yoga teacher Natasha.
