November Baby Massage classes
Here’s all the info. Any questions please shout.
Class dates. Thursday 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th November.
Starts at 1pm to 1.45pm
Classes held in the Dance Studio at Dereham Leisure Centre. (Lift available as on first floor).
Space in corridor for pushchairs. Only clean soft shoes in the room please.
You will need to bring:-
Mat - (Changing mat perfect) plus towel to lay baby on.
Oil - sunflower, vegetable or coconut perfect. No nut based oil. Please decant into a spill proof flip top type plastic bottle.
Bottled water for you.
Cost of ÂŁ45 for 5 weeks. No refunds.

Your place is not confirmed until your payment is received. Due to limited numbers I’m asking for payment by return please.
I also set up a WhatsApp group for parents to get to know each other, support each other and for general chat and for me to send handouts and communicate with you all.

Handouts will be provided electronically via the WhatsApp group.
