It involves soft tapping on some energy points on the body related to the energetic meridians, that helps re-establish the body's energy balance and release emotional & physical blockages
What is IMR? Ideo Motor Responses are where you ask your subconscious mind to answer a question by moving a part of the body like a finger. For example, you would
pick a finger for “yes” and another for “no”. You can ask the subconscious if they know the cause of the problem & if the subconscious is willing to put new behaviour into place and so on. What is Kinetic Shift? Kinetic Shift is a way we can use your feelings & emotions, (or what we call your State) to change things. In Kinetic Shift we can work directly with the deeper
mind, not with the cognitive part of the brain that will lie or cover up. This is an immensely powerful method to help you with all different problems, fears & conditions.
