💦Learn about the importance of hydration in older age, where we'll be sharing alternative ways to promote fluid uptake, what foods have a high fluid content, and other tips and tricks to stay hydrated

🎄✨ Festive High Tea at 3 and You’re Invited! ✨🎄

We’re spreading some Christmas cheer this December at Caring Homes! On Wednesday 3 December, friends, family and our local community are warmly invited to join us for a very special Festive Afternoon Tea at 3. 💜☕

Our much-loved tea trolley will be getting a seasonal makeover, filled with delicious homemade treats for everyone to enjoy, including:

🍰 Eggnog cupcakes
🍪 Gingerbread cookies (perfect for decorating!)
🍫 Chocolate yule log
🍒 Traditional Christmas cake
🥧 Mince pies galore

It’s the perfect opportunity to catch up with loved ones, enjoy a cup of tea and share in the festive spirit with our residents and team. 💫
