🎄✨ Festive High Tea at 3 and You’re Invited! ✨🎄

We’re spreading some Christmas cheer this December at Caring Homes! On Wednesday 3 December, friends, family and our local community are warmly invited to join us for a very special Festive Afternoon Tea at 3. 💜☕

Our much-loved tea trolley will be getting a seasonal makeover, filled with delicious homemade treats for everyone to enjoy, including:

🍰 Eggnog cupcakes
🍪 Gingerbread cookies (perfect for decorating!)
🍫 Chocolate yule log
🍒 Traditional Christmas cake
🥧 Mince pies galore

It’s the perfect opportunity to catch up with loved ones, enjoy a cup of tea and share in the festive spirit with our residents and team. 💫

At Caring Homes, we have always prided ourselves on the food offering we provide to residents living in our homes, focusing on high quality, nutritional and enjoyable meals. Our Group Head Chef, Steve and Head of Hospitality, Ben are always looking to continually improve this and make our residents experience of food in our care homes delicious and memorable. Over the last few months, they have come up with some new various initiatives.

One of them is a delicious new initiative that brings fresh, seasonal produce to the heart of our residents’ dining experience! 💚

Each month, we’ll be spotlighting a Seasonal Food Hero, one fruit and one vegetable, that’s at its best that time of year. Our brilliant chefs will be creating tasty new dishes each week featuring these ingredients, giving our residents even more variety, flavour and nutrition in their meals. 🍽️

Not only is this great for our residents’ health and wellbeing, but it also brings a bit of fun and creativity into our kitchens. Using British-grown produce at its seasonal peak means better quality and more sustainable meals too! But we get the residents involved too! Residents have been busy foraging for wild berries local to their home!

Keep an eye out for the delicious dishes our homes will be serving up every week and give a cheer for our amazing kitchen teams! 👨‍🍳👩‍🍳
