For those suffering from Tinnitus you are not alone, there are support groups where you can talk to others who live with tinnitus with ongoing support and tips to help you 👂

Tinnitus support groups are a great opportunity to meet and get inspiration from others living with tinnitus, with occasional talks and presentations from guest speakers.

Support groups are facilitated by independent organisers who are supported by Tinnitus UK and agree to follow a Code of Ethics when providing support and information to group members.

There are support groups all over the UK, with the next new support group taking place in York Tomorrow!

Can't make it in person? Not to worry, you can join online support groups, meaning you can join no matter where you are.
