Sit/stand desks are effective when you alternate sitting and standing equally. Balancing both can reduce strain, boost circulation, and improve posture at work.
If you don't have a sit/stand desk, break up long periods of sitting by moving regularly. Stand, stretch, or walk during phone calls to stay comfortable and healthy.
