We are moving to our new home at Yaxham Village Hall 🤩 NR19 1RJ

The kettle will be on ☕️
The heating will be on 🔥
And we will be there to greet you with a big warm hug and a smile (or just a smile if you’re not a hugger 😜 we don’t judge!)

We can’t wait to get into our new home and get back to normal after the Christmas period.

We have a new pack, new dreams and a new year to make it happen! New recipes, new inspiration and new goals! What’s stopping you?

🐧 BE KIND 🐧

We can be our own worst enemy can’t we! We can tell ourselves horrible things like

“God you look awful in that”
“Why can’t you just lose weight?!”
“You’ll never manage it, you never stick to anything so what’s the point, you’ll only fail again!”

But you wouldn’t say those things to anyone else would you? If we try a little kindness with ourselves and learn to love ourselves and believe in ourselves, it goes a long, long way! 💭

Be your own best friend and believe that you can do anything you set your mind to! ❤️

At Slimming World you’ll find yourself in a room of like minded people who all understand what it feels like. They will become your best friends, cheer leaders and biggest confidence boosters! And me as your consultant, I’ll help you believe in yourself when you don’t! 👯‍♀️👯👯‍♂️

I know for a long time I aaaaalways offered to take the pictures rather than be in them, but I try now to live in the moment a bit more and be in them.

Another reason is so I have my before photos this time around. The top photo was October/Nov 2021 and the bottom March 2023 with about 3 stones lost between them 🙌🏼

I might not be where I want to be yet, but I’ll get there a lot sooner if I keep trying!

One of the hardest parts of my job as a Slimming World Consultant is when a member stops coming to group 😞

Sometimes life throws things that means people just can’t come to group anymore! It could be a bereavement, illness, change of job or simply moving away.

No matter the reason, a member leaving leaves a hole in my heart 💔

If you’re a member who had to leave for whatever reason, please know that having you in our group is what makes our group so amazing 🤩

If circumstances change, please know that a super warm welcome awaits you ❤️
