“I cannot recommend James enough! I had been struggling with emetaphobia for around 20 years, it completely controlled everything I did in my life. I had previously been to other therapy sessions elsewhere which had helped but not quite hit the nail on the head. After seeing James I instantly felt lighter and my head felt so much clearer. I really felt at ease with James, he was very understanding and made me feel totally comfortable. It has almost been 1 week since attending my session and I feel such a change in my life already, I am not constantly worrying and generally much happier.
