👋 Struggling with Back Pain? Let’s Fix That Together! 👋
I see so many people dealing with back pain, and trust me—it’s more common than you think! Whether it’s from sitting at a desk all day, poor posture, old injuries, or overworked muscles, back pain can affect your mobility, performance, and overall quality of life. It’s never usually one thing and it can often me coming from a soft tissue disfunction elsewhere in the body.
Here’s what I often tell my clients:
💡 It’s all connected! Tight hamstrings, weak core muscles, or even shoulder tension can contribute to your back pain. It’s never usually one thing and clients are always surprised when working on other areas of the body gives them some relief.
🧘♂️ Movement is key — proper stretching and strengthening exercises can do wonders for your back. We can practice these together in clinic so you know that you’re doing these correctly and effectively.
💆♀️ Massage therapy - can target areas of tension, improve circulation, redirect blood flow and promote recovery.
⚖️ Posture matters! Let’s work on balancing the body to reduce strain. Changing your movement patterns can help you to avoid back pain in the future.
