☀️ We’re Back! 🌴

Our Owner/Physiotherapist Luke has returned from his holiday in the Dominican Republic, where he tied the knot last Wednesday! 🤵🏽‍♂️👰🏼‍♀️

A busy day today with a variety of conditions treated today including whiplash, low back pain, post knee surgery & a hamstring strain. 🎉 HAPPY NEW YEAR DEREHAM! 🎉

We hope that everyone has had a lovely Christmas & a great start to 2026! 🎅🏼

🚀 Exciting Update:
- Luke our Physiotherapist & owner has now finished his NHS work to focus solely on the practice
- Due to this, from next week (week commencing 5th January 2026) we have expanded our clinic days/hours
- The new opening hours are below:
🔹Monday: 9.00 - 6.00
🔹 Tuesday: 9.00 - 4.30
🔹 Wednesday: 9.00 - 4.30
🔹 Thursday: Home Visits (Upon request)
🔹 Friday: 5.00 - 8.00 (PM Clinic)
🔹 Saturday: 9.00 - 1.00
🔹 Sunday: Closed

This is a major step forward for Dereham Physiotherapy, and we want to personally thank every one of you who has booked in, shared, liked, and supported our journey so far over the last year. Your support has been incredible, and we truly appreciate it!

🎉 1000 Appointments! 🎉

Apologies for being so quiet on social media, we have been busy expanding our clinic days. We are now running full day clinics on a Monday & Tuesday, alongside a Friday evening & Saturday morning clinic.

🚀 Exciting Updates:
- We recently celebrated a huge milestone —surpassing our 1000th appointment! This is a major step forward for us, and I want to personally thank every one of you who has booked in, shared, liked, and supported our journey over the last year. Your support has been amazing, and I truly appreciate it!

- We’re now an approved Physiotherapy provider for 10 different insurance companies!

🏃Congratulations Runners 🏃‍♀️

We hope that everyone has had a great week and are ready for the May Bank Holiday!

We’d like to take a moment to congratulate all of our runners who have completed races so far this season.

We’ve helped patients with various injuries such as hamstring strains, IT band issues and patella-femoral join pain. This includes Jack (as pictured) who completed the amazing achievement of conquering the London Marathon last weekend! 💪🏽
