A P P O I N T M E N T S ~ J A N U A R Y 2 0 2 6 🌿

Good evening and welcome to my first appointment post of 2026!

If you are new to the page my name's Alex and I'm a qualified Myofascial Release & Scar Tissue Therapist (Advanced CiMFT200hrs), Level 5 Sport & Remedial Massage Therapist, Approved RLD practitioner and Registered Homeopath.

I’ve been working with clients holistically for over 20 years and have run the Restoration Room for the past 7.

I love cats, crisps, growing veg, singing, dancing - I'm generally nuts about music, and plants. I never shut up about plants!

This year will see me moving further into my work as a Homeopath with a special interest in supporting adults with their mental health, female hormone cycles, gut health, chronic pain and fatigue.

I will continue offering the blend of body work I'm increasingly passionate about which is called Integrated Myofascial Therapy; a highly effective and flexible combination of literally all the good stuff - Myofascial Release, cranial work, Soft Tissue Therapy techniques, massage, cupping and scar work. It's just wonderful!

And last, but by no means least, I'll continue offering my beloved Holistic Massage sessions.
A time not to fix, but just to be. To rest. To feel deeply held and nurtured, and to get that massage you always wish you could find!
