A programme that started in February with most of the women attending and completing the full 12 weeks. They were committed, dedicated and showed up for themselves and me each week. They became aware of the change in themselves, which was what this programme was all about. Finding your true self in all of the outside noise and demands. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with all of the women and end with a lovely relaxed evening of food,reflection and gift giving. Thank you so much to Lettershandoney & District Development Group for asking me to facilitate my own programme locally and for all the beautiful women that attended. 💓💓

This isn’t a journey to change you, this is a journey to delve deep into finding yourself, the journey back home to whom you were before all of the conditioning, the limiting beliefs and untrue ideas you have buried within yourself. This is about awareness,growth and self love and making meaningful changes for you so you can be authentically and unapologetically you without fear.
I know what it is like to want to be liked,to want to be loved and you do all the people pleasing things in the hope of finding it. I know what it is like to continually give and give, leaving nothing for yourself. I know what it is like to stay in unhealthy, unloving relationships because that is better than being in your own. I know what it is like to pretend to be happy and confident when all you want to do is die. I know what it is like to have no self worth or love. I have lived it.

I also now know how it is to be loved and supported 💜 I know what true self love and belief is because I now feel it everyday 💕I know the pain of walking away from all that I no longer deserve but also the freedom in that because I have done it and will continue to do it to protect my energy and space 💕I know the work I have done to get to where I am now at and I love that I am also there to encourage,support and guide others through their journey.
