See this as an opportunity to shift your perception—one day you’re a student, the next a teacher. There’s no separation; we’re all learning together.

The more you care for yourself, the more you can care for others. And the more you care for others, the more you’ll care for yourself. It’s all interconnected. 💖

Feeling the weight of inconsistency lately, I realize how important it is to stay active on platforms like this. Those who know me understand that I'm not one for following the crowd. My passion lies in guiding others toward self-empowerment, even if that path isn't always the easiest.

Carving our own way can sometimes feel out of sync with what others expect, but staying true to ourselves is essential. In my own journey, I've learned that managing emotions and navigating the needs of others is no small feat.

Social media offers countless strategies for handling emotions, difficult relationships, and finding happiness, but the choices we make—often amidst uncertainty—are what truly shape our lives. We may not always be taught to take risks or embrace change, yet we have the power to make choices and change our minds.

No one has all the answers, but through theory, practice, and self-reflection, I've found what works for me. Let's embrace our unique paths!

One of the hardest news to accept 😪😪 is when the doctor says there's nothing left to do, there are only two options: sleeping until the body collapses or morphine to ease the pain. "Our world fell apart. I am looking for those who have time to read this post to the end. Cancer is very invasive and destructive to our body. Even after the fight, it's a very long process. Please, in honor of someone who died or is fighting cancer or even had cancer, but was healed; copy and paste. Everyone says, "If you need anything, don't hesitate, I'm here for you." "
So I'm going to set a challenge, I think less than half of my friends will put this on their wall. Just copy (don't share) I wanna know who I can count on when you're done write "done” 🧡💛
