I remember the moment it landed in my own body.
โHow long have I been holding this?โ
I could not think my way through it because I did not know it was there,
until I felt it.
My core had been tight for years.
A constant bracing.
My nervous system had been living in survival without me fully realising it.
In my mind I knew I was safe
but my body was still holding.
It was only when I slowed down enough to listen that something shifted.
A softening.
A breath that reached deeper.
A sense of safety moving through my body.
And I see this again and again with the women I work with.
A body that stays braced.
A nervous system that is on edge.
A womb that holds what has not been fully felt.
I always say, what the heart feels the womb holds.
This is what brought me to this work.

Within each session there is therapeutic coaching, nervous system support, womb centred bodywork and education.
Tending the Womb is a one to one womb integration session, where the body is invited to soften, and where what has been held within the heart and womb space can be acknowledged, supported and gently integrated.
The tending is slow, allowing time for deep listening, release and integration.
For the next few weeks I am weaving in summer botanical scents into these sessions, bringing a light seasonal layer through the senses.
I now have 5 spaces remaining before I leave for India and close this season of sessions.
Session length: 2 to 2.5 hours
