CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 💥

is part of one of my female 1-2 fat loss & tone programs training weights 3 x per week

Buzzing with the check in today 💪

As you can see Chloe had dropped a lot of body fat and looks a lot more leaner specifically in the mid section 👊

excellent progress pictures with still plenty of room for improvement 🔥

Down 7lbs
158lbs ➡️151lbs

Measurements have improved massively

-3.5” off Above belly button waist measurement 31.5”➡️28

-4.5” off below belly button measurements 37.5”➡️33”

-3” off hip measurements 40”➡️37

For Chloe it was more of a lifestyle change and getting back into routine when the hair salons reopening and getting back to work!

Better nutritional habits
Increased output and steps
Implemented some cardio also

During the process Chloe has still had some meals out and has consumed alcohol some weekends but has still seen good results 👍

Progress picture update for one of my female clients 🏋️‍♀️🔥

She came too me a few months ago looking to start doing some resistance/weight training

Before this she was already making changes and doing absolutely fantastic with her nutrition and steps straight after Christmas

As you can see by these pictures her body has reacted really well to weight/resistance training only 2 x per week 😮

Once we put everything together

Steps/output ✅
Nutrition ✅
Weight training ✅
Cardio ✅

The reason she has gotten these results is hard work and consistency 🔑

Most people fail because they give up when they don’t see instant results.

Look at the time frame on these pictures. 5 months.

Again, you have to show up week in week out, work hard in and outside the gym, stay consistent, trust the process and the result will come

We have set new goals in this next 4 week training block to get down to her target weight of 10 stone and I have no doubt in my mind she will get there 😎

He was part of my 1-2 small male buddy up groups with

Hargy came to me with the goal to cut some body fat but also to get stronger and fitter for the football/Gaelic season which started not so long ago

Hargy has shed 5kg/11lbs in weight

He is a lot leaner around the chest back and shoulders 🔥

gained some serious strength in specially on his lower body back squatting 140kg for a reps 🔥🚀

safe to say his favourite training day was lower body 🤣

We have 6 inches off the waist , above belly button and below belly button measurements 📏📐

2 inches off the hip and chest measurements also 🔥

Hargy is a great trainer and friend who is now in a great position to push on and continue his training on his own, pleasure working with you mate 🤝
