As you can see Chloe had dropped a lot of body fat and looks a lot more leaner specifically in the mid section ๐Ÿ‘Š

excellent progress pictures with still plenty of room for improvement ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Measurements have improved massively

-3.5โ€ off Above belly button waist measurement 31.5โ€โžก๏ธ28

-4.5โ€ off below belly button measurements 37.5โ€โžก๏ธ33โ€

-3โ€ off hip measurements 40โ€โžก๏ธ37

For Chloe it was more of a lifestyle change and getting back into routine when the hair salons reopening and getting back to work!

Better nutritional habits
Increased output and steps
Implemented some cardio also

During the process Chloe has still had some meals out and has consumed alcohol some weekends but has still seen good results ๐Ÿ‘

Progress picture update for one of my female clients ๐Ÿ‹๏ธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

She came too me a few months ago looking to start doing some resistance/weight training

Before this she was already making changes and doing absolutely fantastic with her nutrition and steps straight after Christmas

As you can see by these pictures her body has reacted really well to weight/resistance training only 2 x per week ๐Ÿ˜ฎ

Once we put everything together

Steps/output โœ…
Nutrition โœ…
Weight training โœ…
Cardio โœ…

The reason she has gotten these results is hard work and consistency ๐Ÿ”‘

Most people fail because they give up when they donโ€™t see instant results.

Look at the time frame on these pictures. 5 months.

Again, you have to show up week in week out, work hard in and outside the gym, stay consistent, trust the process and the result will come

We have set new goals in this next 4 week training block to get down to her target weight of 10 stone and I have no doubt in my mind she will get there ๐Ÿ˜Ž

Client spotlight

He was part of my 1-2 small male buddy up groups with

Hargy came to me with the goal to cut some body fat but also to get stronger and fitter for the football/Gaelic season which started not so long ago

Hargy has shed 5kg/11lbs in weight

He is a lot leaner around the chest back and shoulders ๐Ÿ”ฅ

gained some serious strength in specially on his lower body back squatting 140kg for a reps ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿš€

safe to say his favourite training day was lower body ๐Ÿคฃ

We have 6 inches off the waist , above belly button and below belly button measurements ๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ“

2 inches off the hip and chest measurements also ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Hargy is a great trainer and friend who is now in a great position to push on and continue his training on his own, pleasure working with you mate ๐Ÿค
