📢 Have your say – Future Planning Workshops for Families
We’re inviting carers, parents and family members to join a supportive online workshop to share experiences and ideas about planning for the future for adults with a learning disability.
Hosted by IMPACT (IMProving Adult Social Care Together) in partnership with HSC Trusts, these relaxed sessions are a chance to:

Planning ahead can feel overwhelming, but your insight can help create practical, accessible information and make future planning more positive and achievable for others. There’s no pressure to speak – share as much or as little as you like.

It has been a pleasure to facilitate a practice learning placement for Klaudia, an Ulster University Social Work Student over the last number of months. Klaudia quickly became a valued part of the Destined team, showing professionalism, care and compassion to our members. We wish her every success in her future career as a Social Worker. Destined have welcomed the partnership with Bryson Care who play a key role in contributing to the development of Social Work Placements in the North West.

We run a social evening on the last Tuesday of every month in the rural areas for adults with disabilities. Tonight we are in the Sperrinview Bar, Feeny from 7-9pm. Get in touch if you would like to join us or for more information send us a message.
