Come join Nuala on Saturday 14 March 2026 from 9am-12.30pm for a beautiful Wellbeing Walk on Slemish Mountain.

Slemish Mountain is a place rich with history, natural beauty, and spiritual significance - especially at this time of year with it’s connection to Saint Patrick.

Our Wellbeing Hike on Slemish will invite you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and feel the ancient pulse of the land beneath your feet.

We’ll begin the journey by breathing deeply, feeling the weight of the everyday world fall away.

We’ll connect with the land as we walk along the winding path around the base of this stunning mountain.

This land has held stories for centuries, from ancient times to Saint Patrick tending sheep on these slopes. We’ll Imagine the many footsteps that have passed before ours, leaving behind whispers of resilience, solitude, and prayer.

Reconnect with Nature: A Coastal Wellbeing Walk
Saturday 7th February 2026 | From the Giant’s Causeway to Dunseverick Castle

Step into the wild beauty of Northern Ireland’s north coast with Nuala on this unforgettable coastal walking adventure. From the iconic Giant’s Causeway to the ancient Dunseverick Castle, this is more than just a walk — it’s a chance to breathe, reflect, and let the rhythm of the sea restore your mind and spirit.

We’ll wander along the upper cliff path, soaring roughly 100m above the ocean, taking in dramatic cliffs, hidden coves, and breathtaking rock formations. Discover the story of Port na Spaniagh, home to the wreck of the Girona, one of the ships from the Spanish Armada. Pass the rugged beauty of Benbane Head and the mysterious promontory fort at Dunseverick Castle, all while enjoying a gentle pace that invites reflection, conversation, or peaceful solitude.

No prior hillwalking experience is needed, just a basic level of fitness and a good pair of walking boots or shoes. Along the way, we’ll pause to:

Watch the seabirds gliding across the cliffs

Feel the invigorating coastal breeze on your skin

Sit and soak in the wide-open sky and the steady pulse of the ocean

This is your chance to slow down, unwind, and reconnect — with yourself, the natural world, and the simple joy of being present. Let the raw, majestic landscape act as a natural tonic for stress and mental clutter.

Cost: £10 per person

A day of blessings on Gortmore for our Wander & Weave experience to celebrate the Feast of Brigid and Imbolc, the ancient Celtic festival of spring, light, and renewal.

We enjoyed a gentle Wellbeing Walk through the breathtaking surroundings of Gortmore, where land, sea, and sky meet. We gathered rushes from the land and took our time to slow down, breathe deeply, and attune ourselves to the quiet stirrings of spring beneath winter’s surface.

Following our walk, we lit the fire and the wonderful guided us in a hands-on craft masterclass, teaching us how to weave our own St. Brigid’s Cross from the rushes we collected—an ancient symbol of protection, blessing, and renewal.

Today offered space to reflect, reconnect with nature, and mark the turning of the seasons. So beautiful - and the sun came out 🤗🤗🤗

Wander & Weave: A St. Brigid’s Day Wellbeing Walk & Craft Experience

Come join Nuala and our special guest at Gortmore on Sunday, 1 February 2026 for a truly special Wander & Weave experience, celebrating St. Brigid’s Feast Day and Imbolc, the ancient Celtic festival of spring, light, and renewal.

Our journey begins at the Manannán mac Lir statue, a powerful and symbolic meeting point. Both Manannán mac Lir and Brigid belong to the same divine generation—the Tuatha Dé Danann—making Gortmore a fitting and magical landscape in which to honour St. Brigid on her sacred day.

Led by Nuala, we’ll enjoy a gentle Wellbeing Walk through the breathtaking surroundings of Gortmore, where land, sea, and sky meet. As we walk, we’ll gather rushes from the land and take time to slow down, breathe deeply, and attune ourselves to the quiet stirrings of spring beneath winter’s surface.

Following the walk, Louise McLean will guide us in a hands-on craft masterclass, teaching us how to weave our own St. Brigid’s Cross from the rushes we’ve collected—an ancient symbol of protection, blessing, and renewal.

Rooted in both Celtic tradition and Christian spirituality, this morning offers space to reflect, reconnect with nature, and mark the turning of the seasons. The ritual of crafting a St. Brigid’s Cross adds a deeply meaningful, tactile layer to the experience—one you can carry home with you.

Wrapped in crisp winter air and early signs of spring, Gortmore provides the perfect backdrop to honour St. Brigid—beloved Saint and ancient Goddess of abundance, fertility, healing, and protection.

Step into Stillness, Connection & Coastal Beauty

Join Nuala for a nourishing Wellbeing Walk on Saturday 31 January 2026, along one of the most breathtaking stretches of coastline in Ireland — the Causeway Coast Way, from Portballintrae to the Giant’s Causeway and back.

This gentle 6-mile circular walk is more than a stroll — it’s an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect. Together we’ll blend coastal beauty, fresh-air therapy, mindful pauses and shared connection, allowing the landscape to do what it does best: restore and inspire.

We’ll begin at Portballintrae Village Hall, weaving through sand dunes and along the boardwalk above the beach, before rounding Runkerry Head towards the Causeway Hotel and Visitor Centre.

Here, we’ll pause on the grassy roof of the eco-friendly visitor centre, taking in the expansive views and grounding ourselves before joining the upper trail, where spectacular panoramas stretch across the Giant’s Causeway.

As we descend the steps to the iconic formations — the Organ, the Giant’s Boot, and the dramatic basalt columns — we’ll explore how this remarkable place is steeped in ancient myth, powerful geology, and quiet magic.

Our return journey follows the Railway & Dune Loop, carrying us back to Portballintrae feeling connected to others, to yourself, and perhaps even to something greater.

Expect to feel grounded yet alive with wonder — peaceful, yet gently energised.

✨ Come walk with me.
