Doctor/ Nurse team with focus on natural aesthetics. Always discreet, never overdone. Fine Line Clinical is a doctor-led clinic in the north west of Ireland.

Our focus is natural aesthetic treatments, with you, the patient, at the core of our practice. We listen to your needs and develop a treatment plan that quietly enhances your best features. Our doctor’s surgical background and passion for aesthetic medicine ensure that you receive safe, skilled, quality care every step of the way. Treatments are administered by Dr. Linda Simpson, who currently works with the National Health Service. She has worked within the NHS in various roles since 2000 and was awarded a primary Undergraduate degree BSc Honours and MSc from Queens University Belfast. Following this she obtained a further degree MBchB Medicine from the University of Glasgow. At Undergraduate Medicine level she completed elective training in Anaesthetic/ Critical care and Obstetric/ Gynaecological surgery. At Postgraduate foundation level Dr. Simpson completed training in anaesthetics, renal medicine, general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics/ gynaecology, general practice (GP) and is currently working towards completion of post-graduate Obstetric and Gynaecology training. Aesthetic medicine is a growing speciality and Dr Simpson teaches her skills to other aspiring practitioners. Medical education is her passion and she ensures each and every delegate is equipped with the skills to be safe practitioner. Our ethos is to provide outstanding service for all of our patients and delegates. In an under-regulated industry, patient safety is at the core of our practice. We implement high standards and that is reflected in our treatments, our clinicians, our products, our staff, and our training academy. We want you to feel your best, look your best and be the best.

Starting a career in aesthetics can be daunting. There are so many excellent practitioners that patients now have unlimited choice.

What makes you different? Why should patients choose you? This a common question in the early days of your career.

I remember a wise woman telling me …no one can be you! Find your own unique selling point (USP).

Advice for starting out:
✅ Be yourself - authenticity always wins.

✅ Maintain friendships - aesthetics is a lonely job if you don’t build a network.

✅ NEVER compare to what you see online - that is just a highlight reel. You don’t know the work that goes on behind the scenes to make it effortless. Comparison is the thief of joy.

✅ Stay in your lane. Focus on you and your business to make it better, not others. It’s easy to get consumed with looking at others and wanting to be where they are. This is a marathon, not a race.

This business was built alongside motherhood…not separately from it, and not without cost.

What looks composed now came from years of tension: responsibility, scrutiny, fatigue, and the discipline of showing up regardless.

It is influenced by hormones, metabolism, psychology, life circumstances and health…NOT a lack of discipline.

Dr Niamh joins Dr Linda and is now certified in the National Medical Weight Management Programme. They will be offering a structured, medically supervised approach for patients who need support beyond diet advice alone.

What makes this programme different is INSIGHT.
Dr Niamh completed this programme herself in 2022, under medical supervision, and lost 6 stone.
She understands the process CLINICALLY and PERSONALLY.

That experience informs how she supports patients now: with empathy, realism and appropriate medical oversight.

This is a doctor-led programme, focused on safety, sustainability and long-term health.

• Initial medical consultation: £50
• Programme runs in 8-week cycles, from £31.50 per week
• 4 Weekly telephone check-ins
• Face-to-face medical reviews over 8 weeks (BP/ BMI checks)
• Optional blood tests where clinically indicated
• Optional gallbladder ultrasound scan (£80) for patients concerned about gallstones, carried out by NHS HCPC-registered sonographers.

This programme is NOT SUITABLE for everyone, and no treatment is offered without an individual medical assessment.

At Fine Clinical Cosmetics our mission is to deliver client specific results at affordable prices whilst maximising client satisfaction. Treatments are administered by Dr. Linda Simpson, who currently works with the National Health Service in NI having recently returned from working within the NHS in Scotland. Our treatments are delivered to clients on an individual basis. We offer face to face consultations where the treatment is discussed in length with no obligation to proceed.
