Molly’s been coming to me for her anti-wrinkle treatments and honestly, she just keeps getting better every time. This gal is the definition of glow goals ✨

Anti-wrinkle isn’t just for big events , most of my girls come every 4 months to keep things smooth and snatched 💉
BUT if you’ve got something major coming up (wedding, photoshoot, red carpet moment 💅), I always recommend starting early , aim for 2 treatments in the lead-up, with the last one around 6 weeks before the big day. Timing is everything!

These are Russian technique lips 💉🇷🇺

My lovely client already had beautiful natural lips, she just wanted them gently enhanced.

She was a bit nervous, as we all are, because getting filler can be a bit daunting! But you’re in safe hands , I know what I’m doing, and I’ll always treat the lips with the amount of filler they actually need as I’m working.

We started with a lip-flip (of course!) I always do this to stop the top lip from curling under, so the filler stays exactly where I place it.

The Russian technique is all about shape, definition and balance , not volume. It lifts and flattens the lips to give a more refined, equal shape, without making them look ‘done’.

Every set of lips is different, and I treat them that way 💋

Look at Stephanie’s transformation♥️

First, we dissolved her old filler, which had been sitting for years and caused some migration buildup as you can see.

After that, we did a little lip flip and treated her gummy smile with a touch of ‘Tox. This helps stop the top lip from curling under, so when we refill, the shape sits beautifully.

Today, we used just 0.5ml of filler to refill. I used the Russian technique here to give more shape and definition keeping the lips flatter from the side rather than rounded. I’m always cautious not to overfill, especially after dissolving, as product can settle into old pockets.

Stephanie gave it a good five or six weeks before refilling, which is ideal.

Natural, soft lips with real shape are definitely the way forward 🤍

I little about me♥️

I’m Ciara – a wife, a mom to three amazing kids, and someone who never sits still! I’ve been a nurse for years and still love it, but three years ago, I took a leap into aesthetics, and it’s been the best journey. I’ve also been a hairdresser for 16 years, so I guess you could say helping people feel their best is just in my nature.

Life is busy – between work, Irish dancing competitions, football games, and Joe Jingles classes, it’s non-stop. But I love every minute of it.
