I have Mothered children from the young age of 19 and I sit here today I’m awe of this beautiful wee bundle in my arms at the age of 45 how blessed am I 🙏
I’ve had the privilege to birth a child at every stage of life each one teaching and healing me on a deeper level helping me grow and evolve into the women I am today
So thank you to each of you for being the light in my life that I didn’t know I needed ✨

Feeling it tonight ❤️‍🩹 my last group session for the foreseeable 🥹 absolutely loved holding space for these groups sessions, last year I wanted to try these out to see how they would go and I’ve loved every evening we had, thank you all so much for joining me on this journey and I’ve loved watching each of your flourish, it’s been amazing.
So grateful for the lot of you and can’t wait till we all connect up again, but for now it’s time for me to rest and nest for my wee baby coming 🙏✨

I hope 2025 holds everything you have been dreaming of and more ✨
It’s certainly going to bring major changes for me and my family and I can’t wait for the arrival of this new wee addition to my family ✨ exciting times ahead ✨

Really looking forward to this break and I’ll be recharged and ready to take on my last month of work in January before I take my maternity leave ✨🎄
