This work has definitely taken me on another wee journey. I knew returning to work would look different, and I’m still finding a rhythm that feels aligned for this season of life.

I’m still working one-to-one with clients, but in a way that feels more sustainable , I’m offering sessions one day a week only.

Alongside that, I’m leaning further into the work that’s been calling me for a while now: workshops, teachings, and holding women’s circles.

That weekly client day will continue, with availability currently open from next month onwards. If you feel called to book a session, just get in touch.

The next Wisdom Within workshop — Part Two of the series , begins at the end of June, and I truly cannot wait for this one. ✨

This is where the magic really begins.

Together, we’ll start trusting ourselves on a deeper level, allowing the wisdom we already hold within to flow onto the page through automatic writing/channeled journaling my favourite way to work.

This practice has become part of my daily life. Every single day, I return to it. And the more we practice, the more we soften into surrender, trust, and flow.

Today is Earth Day 🌱✨

Take a moment to honour the Earth. Honour the mother. Honour yourself.

Step outside and reconnect with the land, the flowers, the bees, the birds. Notice the beauty that surrounds you, and allow yourself to feel the quiet nurture and support that nature offers simply through being present ✨

The Earth is one of the most beautiful places you will ever experience, if you choose to truly see it.

Today’s simple ritual: find a tree. Sit with it. Close your eyes and breathe. Let yourself slow down. Feel grounded. Feel present. Let that stillness fill you✨🌱

I’ve just had such a powerful experience with my Clear & Protect and Mother Earth sprays, and honestly, I’m almost lost for words.

It really reminded me that when we truly tune in and use the right tools at the right time, the shifts we can experience are incredible. I haven’t been feeling my best the last few days, but today I gave myself the space to sit, reflect, and really listen to what my body needed using intuition and self-muscle testing.

I felt guided to use my Clear & Protect spray and repeat the affirmation three times. After acknowledging what I was feeling and asking what I needed to release it, everything just clicked. It was like flipping a light switch,the shift was that immediate and that profound.

I could literally feel the energy lift from my body… full-body chills, tingles, it’s such a deep, physical sensation that’s hard to put into words.

Moments like this remind me why I do what I do. I’m so grateful to be able to create these sprays, and even more grateful for the guidance that led me here. My hope is that every bottle finds the exact person who needs it, at the exact right time, and brings them the same kind of shift I felt today 🤍✨

Archangel Christiel, connecting you with your causal chakra, a high-frequency angel bringing peace and clarity. The energy I felt while creating these Archangel sprays tonight is beyond words. I spent time with each spray, infusing it with intention, energy, and a channeled sound, accompanied by a beautiful high-vibration crystal.

Now these sprays rest within the Earth’s energy at hertz frequencies. My hope is that whoever receives them feels the power, the intention, and the connection with Archangel Christiel.
