Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that works with the body’s energy system and the Angelic energy field to help release emotional and energetic imprints held within the cellular memory.

Often, stress, grief, trauma, and life experiences are stored deep within the body. IET supports the soft release of these blocks, creating space for peace, clarity, and emotional freedom.

At its heart, IET is about healing from the inside out.

🌿 IET Level 1 (Basic Level)
This training provides you with everything you need to safely and confidently carry out an IET session on yourself or others.
There are no previous requirements, you are guided every step of the way.

💛 This training is for:
• Those who want to use energy healing to improve their own lives
• Anyone feeling called to begin an energy therapy journey
• Holistic therapists who wish to add IET to the therapies they already offer
• Those seeking deeper emotional healing, spiritual connection, and self-awareness

Many people take Level 1 purely for personal healing and self-care, others feel it as the first step on a wider healing or practitioner path. Both are equally valid.

My path into this work began during one of the most painful chapters of my life, after the sudden death of my brother in 2009. Grief was weighing heavily on me, and someone suggested I try Reiki, I'd never really heard of it before.

Back then I had the privilege of receiving treatments, and later being trained by the late, great Rose Gallagher. Rose opened my heart and spirit to this world, and I will always remember her with such deep fondness. At that time, Reiki was something I practised only for myself. Over the years, life took over, and my practice fell quietly into the background.

Fast forward to 2021, when I went for an Energy Healing with the wonderful . Michelle told me I needed to revisit this part of myself. She introduced me to Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), and not long after that treatment, I received my Level 1 attunement.

Over the next few years, I dived deeper into this beautiful work, training in level 2 and advanced level IET with the gorgeous . Then in September 2024, I opened Essence Energy Healing. Earlier this year, I went on to complete my Master Instructor qualification, which means I can now teach this powerful healing modality to others (more on that coming soon!).

Energy work has been a path of healing, rediscovery, and growth for me. I have met the most beautiful people, and had the most precious experiences along the way, and as I continue to learn and develop. This work has truly changed my life and now, I’m honoured to share it with you.

It's my birthday month, I’m a year in business at the end of September. So to celebrate, I’m going to be running some special offers and maybe even a wee competition so keep your eyes peeled.
