Heres how you reduce your Csection rates 😲..

It's true what research says. The right exercise program during your 1st 2nd and 3rd trimester can reduce your CS chances alot!!

And our 2025 results and personal findings again proves this.

I don't do anything different, i follow research.

Because that's what you deserve, when you pay money to achieve the high quality of coaching that gets results, but also the most up to date.

I don't babysit you through your journey, i empower you.

Boring check ins... No, i tell you what you need to do and why.

And in 2025 our vaginal birth rate was 82% 👏🏻👏🏻.

None of this would be possible without the amazing superhuman ladies and now mums who committed to what i advised.

When will you now start giving your pregnancy the research and guidance it deserves, not the guess work.

Follow the interest form in my bio, if you think you're finally ready to make this commitment

Rotational core work in pregnancy, underrated, underused, but SO powerful

Most people think “core” in pregnancy = sit-ups (which you avoid).

But your core’s real job is to rotate, stabilize and transfer load as baby grows.

That’s where exercises like this come in

But also why your probably having pain, the changes each trimester, the load changing, additional stress, your body not being conditioned for the changes.

You're being reactive now over proactive.

Here’s why I program rotational patterns for my mums:

Builds deep sling strength – connecting obliques, pelvic floor & back muscles that support your bump daily.

Improves pelvic balance – helping baby settle into more optimal positions later in pregnancy.

Reduces excess strain on the midline – lowering unmanaged pressure through the linea alba.

Prepares you for labour mechanics – rotation + breath, key for effective pushing positions.

Pregnancy training isn’t about doing less!
It’s about doing what your body actually needs.

Hopefully you start listening to me now after my weekly push for more rotational exercises in your pregnancy.

What can you do this pregnancy to feel stronger

Not what others are doing - YOU?

Lack time - shorten your workouts

Scared of whats safe - get your workouts built

Been told to take it easy - ask whats safe for you

Lack funds - follow online free programs you trust.

But do what you can, to get stronger, the strongest version of you beats the weakest in all capacities.

Now you're probably waking up tired, in pain, and feeling weak.

That can change, you just need to start asking the right questions for you.

Ask your friends, family, or partner, what version of you they would want.

I bet they all say your strongest!

What a birthday week 🥳

Corchevel 2026 ✅

Skiing done for another year.

This week we had over 20 new mums join our postpartum mastery program.

Some 2 weeks after a CS, others 5 plus years on from their vaginal birth.

Different challenges, different situations but similar goals - become the best version of themselves as a mum.

Healthier, stronger, pain free - a mum who feels her best is a dangerously empowering lady.

Heres to the next 7 weeks working with them all.

Celebrating another client win ✅✅

We have been working together from approx 11 weeks of her pregnancy and the goal was having a home birth.

Her last pregnancy and labour experience wasn't a positive one, ending in a CS.

So this one she wanted to do whatever she could to try and avoid that.

And she did.

All of those days she showed up to working out, staying fit and active and as research shows, those who do are less likely to have a CS.

And im so so happy for her

Postpartum recovery has begun already with core & mobility work.

I wish you all the health and happiness 😊

Happy birthday to me 🥳🎁

For months after her C-section, she barely looked at her scar 😭

It wasn’t dramatic.
It didn’t “hurt” to complain about.
But it never truly settled either.
She just wasn't happy with it

It pulled when she moved.
It felt tender when she touched it.
And quietly, it reminded her that her body didn’t feel like hers anymore. (A massive sentence i hear from mums alot)

She tried to accept it.
Tried to laugh off phrases like “mum tums are just part of it”.
Tried to believe that scars were something you simply lived with. (Thats what she believed anyways from all her friends)

Until one day, she realised she was tired of tolerating.

When we spoke, I didn’t promise miracles.
Some scars do soften on their own — that’s true.
But the scars that really change?
The ones that flatten, fade, and stop dominating how you move and feel?

They usually need intention.
Just 10–20 minutes a day.
Done consistently.
With the right guidance.

She paused… then said yes.

Not to perfection.
But to showing up for herself in the small gaps of motherhood — nap times, early mornings, those quiet moments that feel rare and precious.

Week by week, things shifted.

Her scar softened.
Her posture began to change.
Her confidence followed.

What once felt like a limitation became a source of strength.

No surgery.
No gimmicks.
Just smart, steady work, scar care, core connection, posture, and how postpartum recovery should be valued, everything all working together.

Now?

Her scar barely crosses her mind.
Her energy feels like her own again.
And the way she moves through life has changed.

And in 48 hours, I’m closing the doors on my next 8-week postpartum challenge— a small group of mums who are ready to stop “putting up with” their scars and core and start actively supporting their recovery.

They’ll finish thinking:
“I’m so glad I chose myself.”

This could be you 😊!

Just like this mum, after having x3 vaginal births, a CS was not on the cards

Like many mums a CS is not on their birth plan.

But with over 40% CS rate in many places, its something we have to take seriously when it comes to recovery

More education, more research, more support.

That's what i offer and that's why these amazing mums continue to get huge results with their scars.

I guide them on scar health, when to massage and where, but also with what

Your ointment matters.

Where you start matters, and when to progress.

Consistently testing, adapting and changing your scar, week by week.

If your not worried about how your core and scar looks or feels then this program isnt for you

If you are worried and want to achieve a scar you love again and a core you feel confident as hell in - then this program is for you

So many people don't know or consider the relationship between your core and scar.

They are linked!!

You decide!

Our 8 week program officially starts Monday & currently has a sale on ✌🏻

Are you joining?

This is why we get results for CSections..

We dont guess and neither should you

Compression, core & contraction is exactly what you should follow

Even tho i told you exactly our secret to success.

This mum hated her scar after having 3 children.

She thought it was her DNA forever.

The indent, that scar that's uneven, with the overhang being something she continued to refer to as her core.

And in 4 weeks the changes have been incredible, by following those 3 steps.

And we are only getting started with her recovery 😲.

Imagine the next two months.

A mum of 3, with 2 CS, now having a scar she loves and never thought she would heal.

This could be you also if you sn**ch the last remaining spots on our 8 week recovery program.

Starting this Monday.

Or you could guess 🤔?

Busy mums this is for you 🛑

And also proof you are not far away from where you want to be.

It doesn't matter if you had a CS or a vaginal birth

You are only a few weeks, the right plan, and the correct guidance away from seeing results, success & you believing in yourself again

After becoming a mum and giving all your time and energy to that role, you might have lost yourself

And that's ok, but it doesn't mean you have to forget about yourself forever.

You need some TLC 🫂

You deserve to feel energetic, pain free, and confident in your own skin

Wearing that outfit and everyone asking where you got it from

Going to that event and everyone giving you compliments

Having date nights and feeling fabulous.

This is what you deserve to feel and more.

Not saying no to everything because you feel low in yourself.

But you need to find the love deep down for yourself first.

The love that your going to start giving yourself the time and care you deserve

10-20mins per day to begin, thats all

And over the next 8 weeks, imagine how much those small 20mins amount to.

That's what i do and pride myself on.

Taken mums from where they are today, to goals and success in 8 short weeks

But you have to sn**ch a place in the 8 week challenge first.

And you do that by clicking the link in bio ⌛

A C-section doesn’t stop affecting your body once the wound closes.

Tightness.
Pulling.
Sensitivity.
Discomfort during s*x.
Feeling “off” when you move.
Low body confidence because of how it looks..

These aren’t random.
They’re signs your scar still needs support.

In 5 days, my next 8-week challenge starts for mums ready to improve how their scar feels, moves, and supports their body again.

But also make their recovery the most rewarding successful one possible.

Please try and avoid being in pain, unhappy months or years after giving birth.

Small daily habbits wins, you just need guidance and reassurance.

This isn’t about fixing you
It’s about helping you feel the way you should and thats confident, painfree & energetic.

So ask yourself:
Are you ready to be guided through your recovery correctly, no guessing, only evidence based training.

The way your recovery should be taken - professionally?

If you are DM the word TRAINING, to find out if i can help you
