Let’s clear something up.

You can’t diet your way out of diastasis recti.
And you won’t reduce your overhang with cardio, sit-ups, planks or a general workout class.

If you’ve got both, trying to heal one and hoping the other follows won’t cut it.

You need to treat them separately, with the right movements and the right kind of rehab that actually works for your body.

This is exactly what I did with one of the mums I work with.
She wanted to feel strong again, lose the “still looks pregnant” belly, and close her gap.

So we made a plan.
We focused on one, then the other — because if you do it right, you only need to do it once.

We started with her diastasis recti. We focused on bringing down the bulge and building a strong core that actually supports her body.

And the changes? They came quickly.
You’ll see it in image 3. But what you won’t see in the image is how much more confident she feels week by week.

No crazy diets. No guessing. Just focused rehab that works.

Another summer has come, and soon will be gone.

Will you be still dealing with the same challenges at the end of the summer, or potentially next

If you don't take a small bit of time for yourself?

When will you value yourself and say "I'm doing this for me" ??

You don't' need the before

This says everything

A mum who was worried she will never get back to herself

To now, on holidays with the biggest smile possible, looking and feeling amazing.

Thats the goal

Not to get in X dress

Not to get to X number

But to feel happy and confident as a mum.

Enjoy the moments with your kid at the pool, at the park..

And not feel low on energy, unhappy, in pain and always "wishing" to start on Monday.

Will you be our next success story?

This one is crazy.

Just like the 100s of mums before

But this shows what trust can bring.

And the difference in scars, some think of scars as how it looks in colour only

But other scars come with indents, additional tissue, overhangs...

And some mums get extremely sad over this, emotional - they think it's forever.

After hearing their friends and family say it's now their new normal.

This shows that's not true.

And with trust, comes success

It all started at 5 weeks pregnant—an anxious, nervous, but incredibly excited mum-to-be.

Now, at 35 weeks with a planned C-section ahead, some might wonder:

"Why did she need to work out during pregnancy if she’s not giving birth vaginally?"

Or even say,

"C-sections don’t affect the pelvic floor."

But here's the truth, just because you're having a C-section doesn't mean you're exempt from pelvic floor issues.

Pregnancy itself, those 9 months, puts significant pressure on your core and pelvic floor, regardless of how you birth.

Over the past 8 months, we’ve trained together with purpose.

We focused on pelvic alignment, posture, core and pelvic floor strength, and built it through full-body movements, single-leg work, cross-body sequences, you name it.

Everything was in her plan for a reason: because when done right, these things work.

And now, in her final few weeks, she feels incredible.

Minimal pain. Still working out. And most importantly, she's loved her pregnancy.

She hasn’t wished it away due to pain, fatigue, excessive weight gain, or low mood.

So let this be your reminder.

It doesn’t matter whether your birth plan is vaginal or a C-section

your body still deserves care, attention, and movement.

And just like that…

Your baby’s position does matter.

In fact, optimal fetal positioning is often underrated.

The way you move—your patterns and sequences—can influence this more than you might think.

Upright, rocking motion and posture work can reduce (back to back babies by up to 30%)

And other research shows from 30 weeks, movement patterns such as those above and more can boost optimal fetal positioning by up to 80%.

Your body was designed to move.

So work with it. Get active. Support your body during pregnancy…

It will thank you in ways you’ll truly appreciate

When i program for my members inside pregnant & powerful, this is the goals i set out, the roadmap, the future problems we want to observe, be aware and avoid.

Its not just programming to "stay active during pregnancy because you will miss the gym".

This could’ve been a huge mistake… 😲

And if you’re a mum, you’ll probably relate.

She was this close to booking surgery.
After two kids, she still looked and felt pregnant.
The mirror didn’t lie — and neither did the constant voice in her head blaming herself.

She jumped from one idea to the next.
Fitness challenges. Diet plans. “Quick fix” workouts.

And when nothing changed, the self-doubt crept in:
“Maybe I’m this is how mum life is...”
“Maybe I’m the problem.”

But here’s the truth she didn’t realise at first:
1) It wasn’t the weight loss she needed.
2) And it definitely wasn’t surgery.

What she truly needed was a postpartum-specific program.
One that understood her body wasn’t “broken” — just weakness from pregnancy and birth.

We focused on:
A)Turning weak points into strong ones
B)Restoring function
C)Rebuilding confidence from the inside out

And the outcome?
She skipped the high-risk surgery.
She saved ÂŁÂŁÂŁ in recovery costs.
And most importantly — she got results that lasted and felt proud of her body again.

So let me ask you honestly:
Would you choose a risky surgery… or a proven program that actually helped 100s of mums just like you?

How many times are you going to blame yourself or throw money away?
