Sometimes we do not realise how tightly strained our muscles are until they are massaged until relaxed. Our bodies mirror our minds and emotions - busy work life and family commitments often taking a toll as we help others. Helping yourself is not a luxury or indulgence when it makes you more calm and grounded for everyone else.
