First Anniversary.

Raymond 'Ray' McConnell

Who sadly died on April 11th 2025

Much loved husband, father stepfather, grandfather, father in law, brother and friend.

One year ago God called your name and it was your time to fly.
It broke our hearts to watch you go and left us wondering why.

When we saw you sleeping
So peaceful, free from pain
How could we wish you back to us
To suffer that again.

See, you never really left us, in our hearts you'll always be.
We can't look back in sadness now,
Why cry for a soul set free.

I think about you always and often speak your name
All I have are memories now and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake from which I'll never part.
God has you in his arms and I have you in my heart.

Jesus Devine Mercy Pray for him.

Loved and missed everyday by your loving wife Kitsy, John Paul, Brenda, Karen and Declan, your grandchildren. Also missed by your wider family circle.

Ray's 1st Anniversary Mass will be celebrated in Creggan Chapel Saturday 11th April 2026 at 6.30 PM.
