Hello 2026! New Year means a refreshed treatment list. I’ve had a little reshuffle behind the scenes — Prices are staying the same, but I’ve rejigged the menu to include my new treatment and made a few tweaks to existing ones.

What is Dermaplaning? ✨

Dermaplaning is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses a sterile blade to manually exfoliate away dead skin cells and remove fine peach fuzz from the surface of your skin.

Did you know the average career span of a massage therapist is just 5–7 years?
I’m now 8 years in – and trust me, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing.

Here are some things I’ve learned along the way – some the hard way. Over the last year, I’ve been figuring out how to juggle mammy life and running a business.

It’s been a journey of burnout, boundaries, big lessons and brave leaps – and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I recently rebranded and have fallen in love with my work all over again.

✨ Hello & Welcome to my new page! ✨

I’m Aoife, and have been qualified in massage for 8 years now. My job is to help people feel their best and give them the time out that is so needed in a world that moves way too fast.

While I love all of the treatments I offer, I have a particular interest in women's health, and my heart lies in pregnancy massage and reflexology. I feel so privileged to be part of this amazing journey and since having my own gorgeous baby, I understand on a deeper level just how physically and emotionally demanding pregnancy can be.

I offer pregnancy treatments from 12 weeks right up until labour, and all treatments are tailored to the individual.

I believe every person who comes through my doors deserves the space to feel supported, listened to and genuinely cared for.
