There will be another MIND class in Heacham tomorrow from 11-12.

These classes are FREE! And are a mix of seated yoga, exercise and line dancing (although you can stand if you prefer).

It’s the snow moon tonight…best seen at 10.09pm. 🌖

There are 12 or 13 full moons each year, which all have different names typically originating from Native Americans, who named them based upon their way of life.

Traditionally, the Snow Moon symbolised patience, resilience, and the slow, quiet preparation for Spring.

If winter feels long or emotionally draining, let this moon remind you: rest is productive, release is powerful, and spring is coming. 🌷

Apologies to you all for not getting around to posting details of this year’s classes yet (including new seated line dancing).

I’m poorly with the cold/flu that’s been going around.😢🤧

Anybody got any holistic tips? Or has anyone tried turmeric milk? I’m considering that next.

(I’m using Vitamin C, making honey, ginger and lemon, eating garlic, doing steam inhalations, drinking herbal teas, lots of soup, essential oils…I guess it’s the rest part I struggle with!!) 😉

I don’t know about you but I find it really hard to let go of things…😬

We have precious memories, emotional attachment and security wrapped up in things we own. ❤️

In January I’ve made a resolution to throw out 3 things every day and for every item that comes into the house 1 should go out! (That might be a step too far…but it’s something to aim for.) 😆

Today it’s books…I found 3 and then made it to 5 so I’m feeling good about that. 📗 They will hopefully be off to a new home via the charity shop.

Don’t forget to use your local library to read for free without filling up your shelves! 😉

It may not seem a lot but 3 items a day makes a total of 93 items in January. ✅

Happy New Year everyone! 💖

I am really pleased to let you know that I’ve been busy studying and have passed my assessment for my chair exercise and dance qualification.

My lovely Mind class have been my guinea pigs and we have had a lot of fun and laughter doing our chair line dancing!

I am really enjoying choreographing routines and hope to offer classes in 2026.
