🚑 We’ve been super busy but loving it! 💥

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy making a real difference across West Norfolk!

🌊 Back at the Sealife Centre in Hunstanton, where we trained their amazing team in oxygen therapy 🐠💨
🏫 A brilliant session at Howard Junior School, teaching Year 6 students some lifesaving skills through our Mini Medics program! 👩‍⚕️👨‍⚕️
📚 And just this week, we visited Ingoldisthorpe Primary School, delivering Mini Medics training to both Key Stage 1 and 2 — future lifesavers in the making! 🧠❤️

It’s been crazy — but seeing the excitement and confidence grow in every session makes it all 100% worth it!

🚨 We’ve been a little quiet on here… but for good reason! Behind the scenes, we’ve been busy training life savers across Norfolk! 💪❤️‍🩹

Over the last few weeks, we’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible teams:

👑 Sandringham Royal Estate – Trained up on the 3-day First Person on Scene course.
🏫 West Norfolk School Sports Partnership – Ready to respond with Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work.
🏕️ Diglea Holiday Park – Fully prepped for a busy season!
🐶 Coastal Vets – Because it’s not just pets who need looking after!
🧒 Key Stage 2 Superstars – Our Mini Medics sessions are shaping the lifesavers of tomorrow!
🦭 Hunstanton Sea Life Centre – Trained in emergency first aid and a custom course for their new trauma kits — ready for anything!

And we’re not slowing down anytime soon — we’ve got a packed calendar ahead, so watch this space for more lifesaving action! 🙌

A breath of fresh air – quite literally – in Great Yarmouth today!

We swapped our usual surroundings for an exciting visit to train the incredible animal care team in something a little different: oxygen delivery – for people, not penguins! 🐧🐧🐧🐧

These dedicated professionals aren’t just caring for the creatures in the tanks – they’re also trained to leap into action if anything goes wrong with their divers!

We equipped them with the skills to use oxygen safely, master the BVM mask, and respond effectively in a cardiac arrest too! With solid CPR, proper oxygenation, and their onsite AED, they’re now even more prepared to save lives.

Huge kudos to the team – you smashed it!

Well done to five members of staff at Ingoldisthorpe Primary School who’ve successfully completed their Level 3 Paediatric First Aid qualification today.

Their training means children are in safe hands, with staff who can deliver evidence-based first aid when it really counts.

A great example of commitment to keeping pupils safe and supported every day.

That’s a wrap on our course at Sandringham Estate, and what a setting it was! A huge well done to the five participants from across the estate—everyone threw themselves into the training, especially during our hands-on scenario sessions.
