This week, I'll be starting my Facial Reflexology case studies, allowing me to perfect the routine and get some feedback on how this treatment supports and improves mind-body balance. I'm excited!!!

I can't wait to start offering this treatment over the next few weeks. I'll be offering discounted sessions for previous and current clients, so keep an eye on your inbox if you've had reflexology with me before, and then rolling out to new customers.

Perfectionism is not a quirky personality trait that means you like your hangers all facing the same way. It can be an exhausting and debilitating trauma response, which most don't even realise they are suffering with.

I see so many with life perfectionism who are struggling to keep up appearances and manage 'perfectly' all the demands our day to day throws at us. I am as much a victim of this as anybody!

Reflexology helps your body relax, it's that simple!
