So yesterday our April challenge came to an end today and bar an unbelievable performance by our eventual winner scorers were very close.

😱🤯 MENS FITNESS 4 FAT LOSS RESULTS 🤯😱

So on Thursday evening we completed or first 1️⃣2️⃣week Men’s Fitness 4 Fat Loss program of 2026 and the results are once again brilliant.
💥All local guys improving their lifestyles.
💥Losing weight.
💥Losing inches.
💥Improving fitness.

The overall group results for both groups combined (21 guys) were…..🥁

Total weight loss - 3️⃣9️⃣.6️⃣kg
Overall group inch loss - 3️⃣6️⃣.4️⃣”

Alongside this all of the guys are so much fitter, stronger and healthier.

As with each program, at the end we go out for a meal / drinks as a group. It’s all about having fun, enjoying yourself and having a good life balance alongside training. Friday evening we went to the Black Swan for some amazing food and a few drinks. Thank you for having us we will certainly be back. 🍻

🥊🥊🥊 BOXCAMP 🥊🥊🥊

Full house last night at Boxcamp. We had a 10 station circuit which everyone loves. Great to mix with different people on each station. It’s not always a circuit however. The sessions vary each week to keep variety.

Great work all involved. See you all next week 💪🏻

BOXCAMP is a boxing incorporated workout for all ages and abilities working the whole body throughout the session.

Every Wednesday evening 6:15-7pm

Whether you have done personal training, classes or a mixture of them both it’s been great to have you exercising with me this year. It’s great to have seem so many returning faces and new ones and hope to see you all again in the new year.

So on Monday night we completed our final 1️⃣2️⃣week Men’s Fitness 4 Fat Loss program of 2025 and some of the results are once again brilliant.

As with each program, at the end we go out for a meal / drinks as a group. It’s all about having fun, enjoying yourself and having a good life balance alongside training. Tonight we are going out for a Christmas curry at 1spice washed down with a few drinks I am sure. Well deserved. 💪🏻
