😱🤯 MENS FITNESS 4 FAT LOSS RESULTS 🤯😱

On Thursday evening we completed our third 1️⃣2️⃣week Men’s Fitness 4 Fat Loss program of 2025 and some of the results are once again brilliant.
💥All local guys improving their lifestyles.
💥Losing weight.
💥Losing inches.
💥Improving fitness.

The overall group results for both our groups combined were…..🥁

Total weight loss - 5️⃣0️⃣.4️⃣kg
Overall group inch loss - 3️⃣2️⃣.1️⃣”
*21 participants

Alongside this all of the guys are so much fitter, stronger and healthier. These stats are a great once again and follow on from the first program of the years great results.

As with each program, at the end we go out for a meal / drinks as a group. It’s all about having fun, enjoying yourself and having a good life balance alongside training. On Friday evening we went to ‘Nerano’ for some Italian food and it was top notch. Thanks for hosting us.

We are now approaching end of our current program and can’t wait to see the guys results next week. This also therefore means we are nearing the start of our next Fitness 4 Fat Loss program of 2025. We are still keeping numbers limited to ensure each individual gets the most from each session however we have two time slots to ensure we can facilitate as many people as possible.

So are you a man looking to lose weight, tone up and / or increase fitness. Maybe you have an occasion you want to get fitter for. Then this program is perfect for you..... join other likeminded men to improve your health and fitness.

💥💥 💥 MONTHLY CHALLENGE 💥💥💥

So our August challenge came to an end on Friday and once again it was too close to call with joint winners. Congratulations to those top participants and those who improved their scores along the way. It was a tough one to improve on too much so lots got the same each week.

🏅🏆🚴🏻‍♀️BRITISH CHAMPION - ANNABEL TOWNSEND 🏅🏆🚴🏻‍♀️

I said to keep an eye out for her result and what a result it was….

From becoming World number 5 in the women’s 17-24 challenge on 31st July 2025. To becoming BRITISH CHAMPION in the female 19-29 category on Sunday 24th August. What a month Annabel has had. The hard work really has paid off. 💪🏻

On Sunday 24th August Annabel took part in the BMX British championships at Cyclopark in Gravesend, Kent. She was up against 15 other participants in her category.
The championships begin with 3 motos (heats) and the top 8 qualify for the final. Annabel’s results in the motos were:
Moto 1 - 2nd
Moto 2 - 1st
Moto 3 - 2nd

This gave he an early choice of gate for the final. And after taking the lead on the first corner there was no looking back. Finishing in 1st with a time of 36.980secs. (Time wise would have been 4th in the elite level category).

Once again massive congratulations _annabeltownsend and have a well deserved rest and let’s see what the future holds. 💪🏻

🏆👏🏻CONGRATULATIONS ANNABEL 👏🏻🏆

On Thursday 31st of July Annabel was taking part in the ‘2025 BMX Racing World Championships’ in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Her category was age 17-24 women challenge and had 67 riders taking part including 5 other Brits.

The races begin with 3 heats of which the results will dictate if you progress to the next round. Three excellent races saw her finish in 2nd, 4th and 1st comfortably securing a place in the 1/8 finals.

Next up was:
🥈2nd in the 1/8 finals (top 4 progress in each)
🥈2nd in the 1/4 finals (top 4 progress in each)
🥈2nd in the 1/2 final (top 4 progress in each)
🏅5th in the final…. And the top finishing British athlete.

An amazing achievement at only 19 and it’s really showing the hard work you put in both at the gym and on the track are paying off.

Up next for Annabel are the ‘British Championships’ on Sunday 24th August. Keep an eye out for how she gets on. 👀

Annabel started training at Devizes Personal Training Studio in September 2022 as a 16 year old coming to sessions straight after 6th form. Over the last nearly 3 years we have worked hard on strength and conditioning to improve her performance on the bike with specific exercises each week to improve:
🔹Explosive strength (quick start)
🔹Core and upper body strength (balance)
🔹Leg strength (increase overall speed)
And much much more.

Each session is specifically planned to replicate Annabel’s targets and requirements.

So last night we completed our first 1️⃣2️⃣week Men’s Fitness 4 Fat Loss program of 2025 and some of the results are once again brilliant.
