Investigating a Leaking Roof 🔍🏠
We were recently called out to investigate a roof leak. To get a proper look, we used both our drone for an aerial inspection and a spider lift to safely access the roof. Even I went up myself (Kevin here!) as I’d never ask the team to do something I wouldn’t do.

Once up there, we found the cause: two broken tiles and a tear in the roofing felt. We got them replaced and repaired on the spot, and we’re happy to report the roof is now watertight again with no more leaks.

Over the past few days, we’ve loved introducing the brilliant people who make up our team – Kevin, Luke, Rikky, Gary, Liam, Dan, Tom, Kaylee, and Jason. From frontline support to behind-the-scenes brilliance, every single one plays a vital role in what we do. 🙌
There’s one more person we couldn’t finish the week without mentioning – Leanne. 🖤
Although she preferred to stay off the camera, Leanne is the powerhouse behind the scenes. As co-founder alongside Kevin, she keeps everything running smoothly handling the legal side, management, and making sure the rest of us can do our jobs without a hitch. Her support, leadership, and sheer dedication are a massive part of what makes this team tick.
We’re lucky to have such a strong crew and even luckier to have someone like Leanne at the helm (even if she won’t let us post a selfie 😅).

Dan originally came to us through work experience through Devizes school at the age of 14, once he left school at 16 he decided to join us full time and has now been with us for 5 years!
