Just a friendly reminder to all our clients, please read.
Lately we have had alot of people not showing up or cancelling appointments at the last minute. All of the people here are self employed and a slot that can't be filled means a cut in their wages. Please give at least 72 hours notice so we can fill the slot. Unfortunately if we are given less time and unable to fill the slot then our cancellation policy will be enforced which is as follows:
72-48 hrs notice 50% of the cost of treatment or service if the slot cannot be filled.
48-0 hrs notice will incure a 100% fee for the cost of treatment or service.
