Integrative Psychotherapist & Yoga Therapist offering 1-2-1’s, group sessions & workshops to support overall wellbeing - mentally, physically, emotionally & energetically. I have found the blending of Movement, Breath work, Sound, Mindfulness & Meditation, Self Enquiry and Psychotherapy creates far more profound benefits on a person’s healing journey. I love to move, dance, breath, meditate & explore....I explore those practices that really help us to feel into our own bodies & energy systems, to find more freedom physically, mentally & emotionally

The same does not fit all so if you join me, whether a 1-2-1 session or group session, be prepared to really investigate what works for you - you may just need to talk with psychotherapeutic enquiry or �we may connect with the breath, sound, movements inspired from Yoga, Qigong or Somatic experiencing. Recent research now reveals that faster and longer term healing occurs throughout the intelligent integration of mind and body techniques together. The more we can connect with our inner world - mentally, physically & energetically the more we can release old stress, let go of old habits that do not serve us & understand ourselves more fully...

My intention is always to walk beside the client on their self healing journey. I have particular experience of working with PTSD/Trauma, All ages and in particular those with Additional needs... if you have any special requirements please do get in touch for further assistance. I am currently in training as a Integrative Psychotherapist - combining the ancient philosophies of Yoga & Buddhism and am meeting clients on a reduced rate whilst I am still in training.

I have been qualified and practicing since 2019 as a Yoga Therapist - The Yoga Therapy process is empowering for an individual as therapist and client work together to address specific goals and or ailments while considering any limitations you might be experiencing to progress toward improved health and well-being through the applications of ancient philosophy, teachings , wisdom and practices of Yoga. I invite you to a range of body, breath and mind practices to help you live a more grounded and mindful life, to support your wellbeing and enhance your life, safe in the knowledge that everything is tailored to suit you to do together and at home in your own time. If you’re living with chronic health issues and looking for more additional help, you can combine therapeutic yoga safely with conventional medical treatment. Group sessions & Workshops: in my home studio & online
I offer inclusive and accessible therapeutic sessions in small groups to explore Yoga, Qigong, Movement, Breathe and Meditation practices for emotional, physical and mental wellbeing. Each session is tailored to who is present as we explore together; anyone is welcome with sessions tailored to every level

Fred Rogers once shared the words his mother told him:
 ✨ “Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.”

Yesterday, they were there—the teachers shielding students, the neighbors opening doors, the first responders rushing in.

Heroes aren’t only in uniform. They are also the ones who refuse to let fear have the final word.
Today, as we remember 9/11, may we honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the helpers who showed up in countless ways. May we also recommit ourselves to being those helpers—in big and small ways, every day.
