I have been qualified and practicing since 2019 as a Yoga Therapist - The Yoga Therapy process is empowering for an individual as therapist and client work together to address specific goals and or ailments while considering any limitations you might be experiencing to progress toward improved health and well-being through the applications of ancient philosophy, teachings , wisdom and practices of Yoga. I invite you to a range of body, breath and mind practices to help you live a more grounded and mindful life, to support your wellbeing and enhance your life, safe in the knowledge that everything is tailored to suit you to do together and at home in your own time. If you’re living with chronic health issues and looking for more additional help, you can combine therapeutic yoga safely with conventional medical treatment.
