Here is a video with Dr. Joe Despenza on how our thoughts can control our biology and health and wellbeing. A bit like the law of attraction I suppose as the more you believe the more you receive.

It is all backed up by science and he himself used this to heal himself.

If you are feeling any anxiety at the moment, here is a lovely video from Karen using EFT tapping to help. Karen has been practicing EFT for many years and knows her stuff. Even if you haven't tried this before it really is worth a go. I use EFT regularly on lots of issues and helps me a lot. Hope this helps you in some way ###

Dear all, I hope you are managing to stay calm at this stressful time.
It is difficult when the media are so negative.
We must try and find the positive stories out there instead of focusing in the negative ones as those are the only ones we seem to hear about.
I will try and post up some positive and inspirational videos and helpful information soon.
Although I am officially now closed to give treatments physically.
