🚨 A New Look for Event Medical Solutions SW CIC 🚨

We’re excited to officially unveil our new branding for Event Medical Solutions SW CIC!

As we continue to grow, we wanted a more modern and professional look that reflects who we are today while still staying true to our values of Care, Community, and Confidence.

Although our branding is changing, our name, commitment, and standards remain exactly the same. You may notice our social media profile logo will stay as it is for now during the transition, but all new materials moving forward will feature our updated design.

We’re proud of this next step and can’t wait for you all to see the new branding rolled out across our services, uniforms, vehicles, and communications.

We’re excited to be part of an amazing community event that is also proudly supporting RNLITorbay ❤️⚓

Our team are on site throughout the festival weekend, working alongside event organisers and partner teams to help keep everyone safe while you enjoy the live music, entertainment, and festival atmosphere.

This Evening Joey The Lips will on stage, with an amazing set, starting at Approx 18.00 till finish at 20.00

Sunday evening reflections 🌅

After a busy run of events, we’ve actually had a rare weekend off — and with the weather being this good, we’re not complaining! ☀️ It’s been great to recharge, but we’re already looking ahead to plenty more events coming throughout 2026.

We still have availability for bookings next year, so if you’re planning an event, now’s the time to get your dates secured.

A quick note for event organisers — we’re continuing to see “free” medical cover being offered. While it may sound appealing, it’s always worth understanding exactly what’s being provided and how that service is being sustained. Reliable, professional medical cover requires the right people in place, along with appropriate insurance and governance, and these are all key factors when choosing a provider.

We’ve also made a decision moving forward that we won’t be publishing details of our clients before events. This helps us avoid situations where bookings may be affected or changed unexpectedly, and ensures we can continue delivering a consistent and professional service. Instead, we’ll keep you updated afterwards with what we’ve been involved in.

We hope you’ve all had a fantastic weekend and made the most of the sunshine. Here’s to a strong week ahead and a busy, exciting 2026!

Not all event medical cover is the same.

Before booking any provider, organisers should always ask:

✔ Who is responsible for the medical plan?
✔ What level of staff are being provided?
✔ What happens in a serious incident?
✔ Is everything documented properly?

Having someone on site is one thing—
being properly prepared is what keeps your event safe.

🚑 What a fantastic weekend in Newton Abbot at MaltingsFest! 🎉

Event Medical Solutions SW CIC were proud to provide medical cover throughout the event, supporting organisers, performers, and festival-goers across an incredibly busy but rewarding weekend.

The atmosphere in Newton Abbot was amazing from start to finish — full of energy, community spirit, and brilliant entertainment. It was great to see so many people enjoying themselves safely and making the most of everything the festival had to offer.

A huge thank you goes to the organisers for putting together such a well-run event, and to all staff, volunteers, and partner agencies who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly.

We’re always proud to support events like MaltingsFest and play our part in keeping communities safe while they enjoy days like this. Already looking forward to returning next year! 🚑
