The facial combines microneedling with radiofrequency (heat) to treat a large number of concerns on the face and body, including:
- Loose / sagging skin
- Fine lines / wrinkles

Radiofrequency energy is released through insulated needles into the deeper layers of the skin, heating the collagen fibres. 🤍 I’ve really loved getting to know this patient whilst giving her a beautiful, natural freshen up 🤩

Results like this really show how just 5ml (1 teaspoon!) of filler can make a huge impact if carefully planned & executed.

I used my favourite fillers to treat the cheeks, chin, jaw, pre-jowl sulcus & marionette region to achieve a lovely lift, smoother jawline, & harmonisation of the lower face.

All whilst maintaining super natural appearance, of course ☺️

This patient also had a course of 3 eye treatments and these results will continue to improve with time as her own natural collagen & elastin are produced. 🙌🏼

🤍 Feeling super refreshed after a week off skiing with .dentist and our family & friends 🤍

I totally switched off & it was really needed… I’ve allowed so many 12 hour days to creep in (which explains the lack of posts lately!)

I also realised I hadn’t had a full week off work since June 2022 🤯

An ongoing goal of mine is to minimise stress (especially as it reduces longevity & speeds up the ageing process 🤦🏼‍♀️) & it’s definitely a work in progress. A week of learning a new(ish) skill/sport, sleeping 7-8 hours every night, & belly laughing everyday has definitely done me the world of good.
