Today is self care day!

International Self-Care Day is a reminder to prioritise you. Every year on 24 July, people around the world come together to mark the day which is dedicated to promoting the importance of taking care of our own health and wellbeing.

The date, 24/7, is a powerful symbol: a reminder that self-care is something we should practice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
